"I recieve an email about long grass policy additional fee. I can't control the grass. But it is schedule for every two weeks. From day one you guys have never made in on time for the scheduling . I never said I gonna back charge for not showing up. Now I am getting charge a fee for long grass . I even had other people cut it be cause your guys never showed up. I had to pay the other contractor because off you guys. But I have to pay now. I wish I could talk to somebody instead off email"
