"Looks like there were two spots missed in the front yard. One of them I understand because the Halloween decoration was there. I would not have mind if someone play get low enough to cut their but
understand if there is a policy that does not allow that so bad it's my fault for not moving it. The other spot is between that weird looking bush and the water spigot. I would not consider this so much as a complaint but more so as opening a line of communication."
