VERY disappointed, however, that he did NOT reach out to introduce himself either ahead of the mow or before he mowed. I have an email from LawnStarter advising of the Pro change what was SUPPOSED to happen last time. That email mentioned that he would be reaching out to introduce himself to me. NOPE! Didn't happen.
