Spencer had a lot to deal with in our yard, including crazy tall grass and unruly weeds in some areas. He was able to mow down our entire front and back yard and did all amazing job edging the entire property. He was also pretty fast and relatively quiet. At least as quiet as lawn mowing can be. He also managed to maintain the bush area that was wrecked from the snowpocalypse a few years back and I didn't know it could look that flat. Justin was amazing! His communication was great- from advising me he was unable to make it yesterday 8/13 to advising me he would be here today 8/14 to service my lawn. Justin communicated throughout the process. He took his time and answered any question I had. He was very friendly and professional- which means a lot. I appreciate the customer service as well as letting me know I did not need my lawn cut in two weeks due to the dry heat and how grass grow. He let me know for now he would only need to come once a month and I also appreciate him advising me of the "tall grass fee" the one time.
