Customers may request a temporary watering exemption in the case of new construction, or new lawn or landscape installation at an existing address. If approved, the request will allow additional watering with sprinklers for up to 30 days from the date of the new installation, as needed, except between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 1 through October 31.
