Hello this quote can be used for either applying pre-emergent and doing a spot treatment over the whole property or we could go a different route and overseed with winter Rye grass. On a property like yours I probably would lean to the side of the pre-emergent. Although if you really want we could also do the winter Rye in the front only and pre-emergent in the back.
The pre-emergent product will keep grassy weeds from germinating for about 5 months then we simply reapply in the springtime for year-round coverage.
