"I just arrived back in town. Other times when my lawn has been cut there were not clippings left in the yard that I could see. There is quite a big of clipping scattered in the front yard. My wife is very upset about this and wants me to file a complaint with the company. I don't understand why this occurred . In the past when I was on site your service was excellent ."

Derek did an excellent job of mowing and edging the lawns! I was especially impressed with how he got it done, after a light rain and before the heavy rain, which was super helpful!
Please continue to provide alerts that the service provider is on the way to cut. Just like you send reminders to make sure pets are inside and the yards are ready, those "On The Way" notices help ensure those required conditions will be met.
