"I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on the recent lawn maintenance service. Overall, I was pleased with the job done; however, I have a couple of inquiries and observations.
Firstly, I noticed that the grass clippings were left on the lawn after cutting. Is it possible to collect the clippings instead of them being poured back onto the lawn? I believe this would help maintain the lawn's appearance and health more effectively.
Secondly, I observed that there were some areas in the corners of the lawn that were not adequately cut. Could we ensure that all areas, including the corners, receive proper attention during future visits?

Anthony does a fantastic job. I have hired people to mow and care for our lawn for several years, and usually it is very difficult to know when they will come due to poor communications. Thanks to Anthony and this app, I feel I can always be kept aware which also helps us know when to make sure the dogs are indoors. He is very detail oriented with our lawn and takes pride in his work. Multiple times he has sent a message to ask a question to ensure he was not going to weed something we wanted. I am very happy he is taking care of us!

I was not home when Shawn finished, so I can only see what I can view on my security camera, but it looks beautiful! He cleaned everything up nicely. I had asked him to mow it kind of high this first time, because it had gotten so long. It looks like he did as asked.
