His job ethic was fine. He knows how to cut grass and weed eat the tighter spots that the mower cannot get to. However, his communication was poor. We had our cars in the driveway. He knocked, and when I answered the door, he asked, βDo you want your backyard mowed?β I responded, βyes.β He the made hand gestures to the cars in the driveway. He should understand that my first impression was not well. I will be looking for another yard service that can properly communicate.
