"There are several unevenly cut places around the yard, which seems like it would be dull blades on the mowers. Also, I believe that it may have been your crew that broke the pull string on the latch that opens my gate. Nobody was through the gate until Wed. when my exterminator came and he could not open the gate because the string was broken. Breaking the string is not the biggest issue, rather that they did not say anything. They knew I was home."
