Hi, my name is Lenard. I'm 36 years old and have lived on the northside of Jacksonville all my life. It's amazing how much the city has grown over the years. That's why I decided to start my own lawn service business about two months ago. With all the new homes being built, there must be a demand for some new lawn services! I really enjoy working with all of my customers, and I take pride in doing a great job and making them happy. I look forward to growing my business through the Lawn-Starter App.

I began mowing a neighbor's yard and other family members' yards. They all commented on how nice their lawns and landscapes looked, and many said I should start a business. So I did! I take pride in my work. I strive to exceed expectations. I hold myself to high standards of excellence.

Top Tier Lawn Service is a partnership between me, Bradly Reil, and Samuel Murray, lifelong friends. We started Top Tier in July 2019. Our goal is to bring exceptional work and expand our company. If you're not happy, neither are we, as simple as that. Let our work speak for itself.

I am a local to St. Augustine, and my wife and I have been together for 24 years. My father and uncle started a lawn care company when I was a teenager, and I took it over when they retired. With over 25 years of service, I am dedicated to helping you with your yard maintenance.

I started my business to stand out and go above and beyond for my customers, never leaving them unhappy. I will leave your lawn looking better than ever. Any additional services can be discussed. Please don't forget to make sure your lawn is clear of any items that could obstruct the mowing since we cannot move any items. Also, please ensure all animal feces are picked up as we do not mow over or remove those per LawnStarter.

My name is Joseph Sanders. I am a Jacksonville native and have been married for 15 years with two beautiful children. I am doing what I love to do, and I have realized that it's never a job when you do what you love. Integrity and safety are the most important things at work and be dependable too. I decided to go into business 15 years ago, not for the money but the passion.

"I met Ryan today in person. He is a very polite gentleman. I cannot say enough about how well he grooms the yard here. The yard itself needs some resod due to loss of grass from back to back hurricanes end of season last year, but that does not stop Ryan from making the yard look great spite it's condidtion. I am a renter, but I have to say that I feel fortunate that Ryan was selected to take care of the lawn associated with this address. I would like to be able to tip Ryan each time comes to "do his thing", but times are tough right now, and I must be super frugal to survive. However, kudos to Ryan for taking pride in himself and his work!"
