ARMED AND READY PROPERTY SERVICES are always on time & they always come when they're scheduled, not always rescheduling or no-shows. Their grass cutting is always done perfectly. They know how to cut perfect straight lines & never damage any surrounding plants. Trimming is also perfectly. I hate when people feel the need to trim lower than the height of the grass and leave a border of light brown scalped grass.They also clean up perfectly, with no grass clippings left anywhere. I've had other contractors leave a mess where they parked and even blew grass in bushes to hide it. They keep their mowers in top shape & use the proper mulching blades. Previously, I've always requested that my grass be bagged because others have left a lot of grass behind & even clumps. But not them. They've been mulching it since day one. Believe me, and coming from someone who's very particular when it comes to my property's maintenance.
