"Great job showing up at the right time when the lawn is not wet and grass has grown enough to warrant a mowing.
It is good to wait for just the right time.
These guys also pointed out a city water leak before the meter which was affecting the yard very badly.
One phone call later and the city came, fixed the leak and now my yard has recovered looks good.
