"This was a very good job and would have been a five, but why were the plants in front of the basement railing removed? I wanted them pruned. Will they grow back up through the mulch? Also, there was an area missed where the plants are by the driveway just before the retaining wall. There are some weeds around them. I really like the mulching around the trees, bushes, and the plants on the left side of the house."
