Hi there, the lawn looks amazing, tenants are very happy, one question would you be willing to trim the Jasmine in the back of the yard on the left-hand side underneath the palm trees they need to be cut almost halfway down and there's a little bit of weeds in there, we're wondering how much extra would cost to have you do that if you could let us know we'd really appreciate it.
