After researching the property I've discovered the section of the yard that grass isn't growing used to have bushes growing in that area of the yard. I believe the nutrients in that soil has been depleted preventing the grass from thriving. I believe fertilizing and aeration would help grass take in that area. This quote is to aerate, fertilize, and spread grass seed in the front lawn. The st. Augustine will eventually blend with the seed grass. Will also seed over the good side once the st Augustine takes in the bad area it will create a nice blend through the front lawn.
