"Jerry is a very cordial, polite and professional person . I appreciate the work he does and the fact that he does email or text me if he is going to be running late or having to make a change in cutting time. I do not have much of a front yard to mow, but he does run over it with the mower and of course he does a thorough job on the back, side and our enclosed back yard.Since we do have a dog, and we have the enclosed back yard, I appreciate the fact that he does take care to make sure that whichever of the three gates he uses to enter the enclosed space, that he makes sure the gates are always secure, even though I have a very weird closure on one of the gates because it refuses to stay closed.
After he mows the enclosed yard, he always comes back in and uses the weedeater to trim along the edges of the fence lines so they are always neat and trim. Our patio area is within the enclosed back yard and he does a good job of blowing the residue grass clipping off the
patio area before "
