I'm noticing you have a lot of weeds growing on your property which has taken over the grass I recommend getting pre-emergent wee blocker up to 6 months. It also kills previous weeds it slows down the growth secondly fertilizing the grass will bring it back up to its Health standard also I will be spot treating certain areas. This is the perfect time to do this type of job for you will get better results. the quote includes all material labor and anything else needed to complete the job thank you
