Having green space to escape to is a part of the American Dream, but how much turf are we talking about?

To find out, LawnStarter surveyed over 1,000 U.S. adults about their yard preferences, including ideal acreages and their goals for using that space.

LawnStarter collected survey responses from a random sample of 1,020 U.S. adults aged 18 or older via Alchemer and Cint between Jan. 9 and 10, 2024. 

Each response was anonymized using a unique user ID generated and assigned by Cint.
