The actual mowing was GREAT -- we are very particular about length and he is cutting it no shorter than 3 inches which is what we asked. So, ALEX is fine, but we are still really ticked off that we were charged double for long grass last week when we did

It was too wet to mow and the grass is torn up again in the same place. Obviously the mower is too heavy. Need to use the standard one in that spot. You told me you would fix this but it's worse!! It's the backyard corner near the edge of the back patio.
