Gustavo was polite and courteous. He maintained social distance and kept a mask on the whole time. Gustavo explained what he was going to do and checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied. Gustavo took his time, trimmed the bushes, cleaned all the trash and leaves, left the soil looking as if it was newly placed. He didn't just get the job done; but showed me that he cares not only about customer satisfaction, but about plant life, greenery, and appearance. He gave suggestions without pressuring me to do more than I am comfortable at this time. I am extremely happy with his work. We will definitely be using his service in the near future.
