Work to be Done: Additional Details: In flower beds and around the house, I would like to keep present mulch, but need to pull it up and put some type of weed block underneath to keep weeds under better control in between plants, and then put the mulch on top of the weed block. I also have mounds in the corners of the backyard that need some serious reworking so that I can plant some wildflowers and add landscaping plants. Also, I am in search of someone who later in the summer (July/Aug) can redo the patio and steps in the backyard, and add some retaining walls in a small area in the font yard and in several areas in back and sides to create new flowerbed areas that match existing one in front. I will need HOA approval of work to be done first before this work can be done on building new flower beds or redoing patio and steps, but I would like to get an estimate of cost and develop a plan that can be submitted for this work.
