Wasn't Jorge who came by, was another crew who didn't have access to our app - so came banging on our front door to open our back gate. Causing our dogs to bark and waking our newborn baby. We have our gate code in our profile, there was no need for thar sequence of events.

There were two spots where a garbage can and a kids play set weren't moved so there is some taller grass there still. Will try to make sure all things are moved for the next mow. Thanks!

I am not satisfied with sending one man to do a two man job. My main concern was cleaning up the leaves. That was not done in back yard. I am now confused about what was suppose to be done on first appointment. What was done was mowing, edging, and leaves were cleaned up in front of the house. I think for one man Andrew did well. I will be in touch with you tomorrow to discuss further details. Andrew is a hard worker that should have the support of another team member.
