"Ok, but not great. Compared with our prior service: Too many areas where the string trimmer was not used carefully, cutting the grass down to the brown stalk (or even the soil in some places). The crew member was actually going to use the trimmer on the entire backyard until I intervened and asked him to use the small push-mower. After the job was completed, there were also too many grass clippings left in too many flower beds."
