Full yard Instead of just having 3 of the units here have their individual yards mode it needs a full commercial mowing and clean up for the entire property including the common areas. Customer only requested string trimming along the fence line at the front of the property but the entire common area Between the fence and the street needs to be mode not just the trimming along the fence that was requested and provided. There are gravel beds and walkways all throughout the property that aren't part of any lawns and regular lawn service that are completely overgrown with weeds. The set of stairs that were described as small are about 10' high very irregular and height and width and and dangerous. A commercial push mower definitely cannot be cannot be brought up those steps. Commercial push mowers are over 200 pounds. Everything above the gravel stairway needs to be done by string trimmer and will take much longer. I recommend spraying pesticides over the overgrown gravel walkways and similar common areas. There is no parking within a block and even farther for even farther for a crew with a trailer. I only mode the actual yards requested and trimmed along the fence as requested but the entire property needs much much more.
