Kiawah Island has seven golf courses, one of which, the Ocean Course, hosted the PGA Ryder Cup. Bonita worked as the food and beverage manager at Kiawah Island's River Course, and when renovations started, she was moved to the Ocean Course's beach club resort. When the renovation started, I had the opportunity to move to another private course on Daniel Island. Daniel Island has two private courses, Ralston Creek and Beresford Creek. Ralston Creek hosted the nationwide amateur tour championship as well. That was the course where I worked.
