"Please mark my file to ALWAYS have a note sent that the mower is on their way. I was outside in the back yard with my dog when they showed up. My dog is large and excitable, and she broke our fence jumping at the man with the edger. I don't know if it's the fault of the app or the mowing crew, but I MUST INSIST that this not happen again! I need a note before they arrive no matter if they missed the original time or not."
