"The job was great and I'm really pleased. I look forward to this company mowing my property again.
However, the truck and trailer blocked my neighbors into their driveway. Our properties essentially share a driveway, with each resident having a one-car-wide side of the asphalt. Luckily, they didn't appear to need to leave during the service, but I'd like to avoid this going forward if possible. I'm sure it's really difficult to park the truck with the trailer attached, and I know it was done inadvertently. Just something I wanted to mention for next time.
On the left side of the driveway, closer to our door, is my husband's red Ford Focus. The crew is welcome to park the the trailer behind this car during their service if needed, since my husband knows when they're coming and can work around it.
Again, very happy with the service overall and I don't believe it's anyone's fault. I appreciate the crew's work and look forward to the next mow!"
