"A couple of tall grass blades left behind. Removed tikis were not put back. Besides that, the job done was serviceable, but not spectacular. I'm actively looking for a replacement service. Automation is great with regard to the app's communication and scheduling capabilities. But the service sucks, plain and simple. Crews proceed thoughtlessly on properties and the customer interaction is awkward, ingenious, and transactional at best. There's no replacement crews for last minute cancellations on your end and the rescheduled cuts are two weeks following a cancellation, resulting in continued overgrowth. This makes y'all work harder, just saying."
