"As I had a previous lawn care service that didn't give me the flexibility and or the options to change requests. The biggest impact that caused me to discontinue my services was due scheduled service being completed outside of my normal schedule without communication with me. I felt that was disingenuous to remove a client from biweekly/ monthly setup to a weekly basis without verbal agreement. Then once I reached out there was no viable reason or response.
