"A few issues. We were very specific with we needed a lawn mower that had a grass catcher. We were told you had one. He did not bring a lawn mower with a bag. Of course lots of grass went in the pool. He did try to stop and get the grass out of the pool. The other thing is they were suppose to weed eat the front yard. He started mowing the front yard and we had to let them know not to mow the front. So they stopped mowing and never weeded the front. So we are willing to give time to see if you guys can get it corrected. The guys were very nice and considerate. What we need is the back yard mowed with a mover that has a bag and catches the grass to keep the grass out of pool. We need weed eater in the front and back. Let's see if we get it right next time. If you have questions feel free to call me."
