I recommend spraying Rock for mated areas they have weeds and foreign growth and the perimeter in The Back Fence area to kill the weeds the broadleaf and in turn will help the grass grow Hardy your Fuller and healthier and also on the right hand side on the neighbor's retaining wall there are a substantial amount of overgrown weeds that are overtaking the top of the retaining wall when I spray it it will kill it to the route and then the next time it is weed eater it will be permanent
