Long and arching, glossy, dark green fronds with orange midribs give the crown a fountain-like look.<\/p>    <p>And like a true date palm tree, <a href=\"https:\/\/edis.ifas.ufl.edu\/publication\/ST439\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Phoenix canariensis<\/em><\/a> does produce fruit, but the fruit from this palm tree is more ornamental.
