The Home of LSU’s Mike the Tiger [Infographic]

Mike VI, the tiger mascot of Louisiana State University, has been in Baton Rouge almost as long as Les Miles has. Miles is entering his 12th season as the Tigers’ head football coach, and Mike VI is entering his 10th season as the Tigers’ mascot.

While Miles has the longer tenure at LSU, he doesn’t enjoy one of the perks that Mike VI has. Mike the Tiger lives on campus; Miles does not.

In honor of Mike VI’s 10-season milestone, we decided to take a look at the on-campus habitat that LSU’s current mascot has called home since 2007. Specifically, we wanted to find out how Mike the Tiger’s 15,105-square-foot home stacks up against other residences. Please geaux check out the results of our research in the infographic below.
